CHEESE FACTORY

Among the activities of the farmhouse “Usurtala”, the dairy one is of a very considerable importance.

The small dairy property is specialized in producing an excellent fresh or seasoned “pecorino” cheese, delicious cheese cream, ricotta and “frue.”

The cheeses are all produced in an artisanal and healthy way and can be enjoyed by our guests in the dining rooms and by reservation are sold to outside customers.
